Products for the measure of sulphites, metabisulphites, sulphur dioxide and other reducing substances

CLR offers a very innovative approach to selective measure of reducing substances at low and high concentrations.
Selective measure of reducing substances is very difficult when the concentrations to be detected are very low or very high.
CLR has  recently developed a self-cleaning cell, with low sample consumption, for selective and reliable measure of  sulphites, metabisulfites, sulphur dioxide, and other reducung substances at low concentrations (0-2000 ppb and 0-10 ppm) and at high concentrations (0-2000 ppm).
Other measuring cells, simple and reliable, suitable for reasonably clean waters, complete the line.
All the cells for reducing substances measure are selective, linear, assure a long-term reliability and  very low maintenance requirements.
 
We can supply process instrument suitable for panel mounting and for in-field installation (IP65 protection degree):
among  these, the uP transmitter-indicator-controller  is available in two versions: the complete version uP and the light version uPLT.

Main features for both units:
. local indication of sulphites, metabisulfites, sulphur dioxide and other reducing substances

. temperature compensation of the measure through dedicated algorithms,
. selectable measuring ranges
. polarisation voltage specific for each parameter to be measured,

In the same family the PID controller, suitable for panel mounting and for in-field installation (IP65 protection degree), has the same features of the uP transmitter, and additionally allows PID process control either through contact control output or analog control output.
 
The line now includes a transmitter-controller with RS485 serial interface and MODBUS RTU communication protocol, Mod.TX  and the Transmitter Indicator Controller c/w local keyboard and diplay Mod.TX-HMI.

. display indication of both analysis and temperature values (TX-HMI)
. automatic thermo compensation of the measure via software through specific algorithms

Analyser of release agents for pressure die-casting
The analyser is composed of a Mod.603 measuring cell and a Mod.uP electronic unit, and has been designed for measure and control of the various release agents used in die-casting.
The analyser is configured for each application in order to be sensitive and selective for each realease agent to be measured.  Measuring ranges are set according to each application need, and the analyser can work at low concentrations (0-2000 ppb, 0-10 ppm) and at high conentrations (0-100%).
The analyser is highly reliable and has very low maintenece requirements.
