Sensor for the measure of pH in demi water, distilled water, ultra-pure water
This is a system specifically designed for the measure of pH in low conductivity water (< 5 uS). The system includes a through-flow cell designed to house the 42 mm diameter sensor fitting suitable for the pH electrode 101ND) which body can be completely filled with electrolyte. Typical application for D0F0A0 cell with SI0M2B0E4 sensor fitting and 101ND0Z0C0xx electrode is the measure of pH in low conductivity water (< 5 uS) such as ultrapure water, demineralized water and distilled water.
Mod.D0F0A0 houses the Mod.SI0M2B0E4 sensor fitting, 42 mm diameter, 600 mm length, which body can be completely filled with electrolyte. The Mod.101ND0Z0C0xx pH electrode is installed inside the sensor fitting. This system arrangement allows highly reliable pH measurements in low conductivity water (< 5 uS). The pH electrode porous diaphragm is annular, concentric to the flat glass membrane: the good flow of electrolyte thorugh the diaphragm assures good electric contact between measuring electrode and reference electrode. The SI0M2B0E4 sensor fitting body is completely filled with electrolyte solution: this allows long operating periods without refilling requirements.
The sample flow through the D0F0A0 cell must be very low, e.g. lower than 5 L/h, this assures very low sample consumption and high measure reliability.
Mod.D0F0A0 cell is made in PP and Polycarbonate and it is supplied c/w brackets and accessories for wall mounting. Hydraulic connections are two, ½” F for sample inlet and drain. The cell can also be directly mounted on the pipeline where the sample is drawn for the measure using rigid piping for sample inlet and sample outlet. The lower vessel, that is fixed to the probe through a threaded connection, can be used as calibration vessel.
