Mod.uPLT

Microprocessor based instruments, fully programmable, suitable for panel mounting (IP54 protection degree) and outdoor installation (IP65 housing). Instrument configuration is easily performed via display and keyboard and calibration is automatic.
Measure and temperature are indicated on a 5 digit red LED display.
The electronic unit supplies to the cell the  polarization voltage requred to make it selective to the specific oxidising substance to be measured.
Mod.uPLT can be directly connected to the sensor of sulphites, sulphur dioxide, metabisulfites, and to the pertinent temperature sensing element. The measure is compensated for temperature variations, according to dedicated algorithms specific for each parameter and displayed in engineering units.
The instrument provides 2 digital outputs that can be configured as NC or NO via software and can be programmed as low alarm, high alarm, alarm with hysteresis or windows alarm.
The 2 digital outputs are from relays.
Two digital inputs are available, for digital hold of the measure, and for the connection to an external flowswitch  (output freezing in absence of sample flow into the cell).

0-2000 ppb
0-10 ppm 
10-2000 ppm

These selective instruments are used for the measure and control of many reducing substances, such as metabisulphites (or metabisulfites, S2O5=), sulphur dioxide and sulphites (or sulfites, SO3=)  in various applications, as in fruit juice processing, in wine (oenology), in IV range products processing, in fruit and vegetables disinfection and processing,  in textile industry, in tanneries, in drinking water plants
